All offer fantastic views, each with its own unique atmosphere.
Palamidi, Nafplio
There is the easy way (by car) and the hard way (the infamous 999 steps that are in fact a little fewer) to climb up to Palamidi, the fortress built in 1687 by the Venetians at an elevation of 216 meters, which today is one of the most popular sights of Nafplio. Whichever way you go up, the view over the town and the sea is unique.

To reach the monastery you must climb about 300 steps.
