The company Liquid Publishing (the "company"), based at 493 Mesogeion Ave. & Sotiri Petroula 2, Ag. Paraskevi, 153 43, Athens, Greece offers its services through this website, www.travelgo.gr (otherwise referred to as the "site"), under the following terms of use, which may be updated and modified from time to time without notice.
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
www.travelgo.gr provides users/visitors with the necessary technological infrastructure to participate in our website. Thus, within the framework of the offered services, visitors/users are allowed to publish comments, texts, and audiovisual material (hereinafter "Content") related to the site's articles and general content (the "Services"). By this, you agree and accept that www.travelgo.gr and Liquid Publishing bear no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, improper delivery, or failure to store Content you send and therefore recommend that you ensure the safeguarding of your files on your personal computer.

(g) Harassment in any way of the privacy and individual and social rights of other users/members or third parties (such as the publication, collection, or/and storage of personal data of other users/members or other third legal or natural entities)
You understand and accept the international nature of the Internet and commit to respecting and faithfully adhering to the netiquette. Also, you commit to strictly following the legislation concerning data transmission from Greece, Cyprus, and other European countries to third countries.
You agree that Liquid Publishing through www.travelgo.gr does not pre-screen Content but has the right - but not the obligation - at its discretion to reject, move or delete any element of the Content that violates the Terms of Use.
You accept that Liquid Publishing through www.travelgo.gr is not responsible for any damage or loss to users/visitors due to their fault to comply with the terms herein. Liquid Publishing through www.travelgo.gr reserves the right, upon becoming aware of any of the above, to deactivate any such account without any notice to the user. The user of www.travelgo.gr is solely and exclusively responsible for fully restoring any damage Liquid Publishing may suffer regarding www.travelgo.gr, its partners, or any third party due to any dispute that may arise and will be caused by the user's non-compliance with these terms.
You acknowledge and accept that Liquid Publishing through www.travelgo.gr may retain some Content and disclose Content
(1) to partner companies to provide you with Content more conveniently, (2) for proper management of your account, and (3) if required for: (a) compliance with applicable law, (b) better enforcement of the Terms of Use, (c) showing that the Content violates third-party rights.
5. LIABILITY FOR CONTENT
Liquid Publishing through www.travelgo.gr can in no way be considered to accept or endorse the personal ideas or perceptions expressed in your Content. You retain full responsibility for what is included in your Content, as specified above under term 4.
Therefore, exclusively responsible for the Content is the user who created it and uploads it through the tools provided by www.travelgo.gr.
You acknowledge and accept the character of the Internet as an environment open and accessible by third parties, and therefore you understand and accept that Liquid Publishing through www.travelgo.gr is in no way liable if a third party violates your Content.
If a complaint is made that there is illegal Content on the site that violates third-party rights and generally goes against good morals and standard practices while simultaneously violating these terms, Liquid Publishing through www.travelgo.gr can proceed to immediate deletion of the user who uploaded the content without warning him/her. Further, for the same reasons, Liquid Publishing can exclude any user who violates these terms from www.travelgo.gr.

Liquid Publishing cannot control these sites and is in no way responsible for the content, advertisements, promotional actions, contests, services, products, etc., offered by said websites. By accepting the present, you explicitly agree and accept that Liquid Publishing is not liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage caused by or related to the use of the content of the aforementioned websites to which the posted links of other site users refer.
7. CONTENT USE LICENSE
For the Content you upload and publish on the site, you grant www.travelgo.gr (namely Liquid Publishing) the exclusive worldwide license to use it, without any obligation to pay you royalties for its reproduction, modification, adaptation, and publication. This license is valid until the Content is removed from the site by any means.
8. PRACTICES REGARDING THE USE AND STORAGE OF CONTENT – SERVICE MODIFICATION
Liquid Publishing reserves the right to set limits regarding the use of the Services of www.travelgo.gr, e.g., indicative obstacles concerning the size or number of files you upload, etc.

Reproduction, copying, sale, lease, without concession rights, republication, distribution, publication, performance, storage, translation, uploading (upload), downloading, configuration, modification, of pages and/or content of www.travelgo.gr or its broadcast in any way, partially or in a summary, without our prior written permission is prohibited. Specifically, regarding our rss feed, it is pointed out that they are provided by www.reader.gr to users strictly and only for personal and not for commercial use. The commercial use of the content and/or our rss feed is strictly prohibited. Any other use, reproduction, sale, lease, republication, distribution, publication, performance, translation, uploading (upload), download, configuration, modification of our rss feed, is prohibited without our prior permission. Expressly prohibited is any commercial use of the content of www.travelgo.gr or/and our rss feed as a means of selling any type of hardware or/and software.

14. APPLICABLE LAW

Any provision of the above terms that becomes contrary to any applicable law, regulation, etc., ceases to be self-evidently valid, without in any way affecting the validity of the remaining terms.
These terms of use, which by accepting you expressly declare you have become aware of, constitute the overall agreement between Liquid Publishing regarding the use of www.travelgo.gr and you. No modification of these terms shall be considered and shall not form part of this agreement unless it has been incorporated into it.
