International media rave about Samos and its beaches.
Samos is among the islands with the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in Greece, according to a list published by Travel & Leisure. Specifically, the American travel website singles out Potami beach, which «lies between a lush green landscape and the welcoming, azure waters of the Mediterranean and offers moments of relaxation». As ANA-MPA reports, from this year the popular beach of Samos steps more prominently onto the «world map» as it will have a Blue Flag.
Express.co.uk also showcases the natural beauty of Pythagoras island, describing a paradise on earth with many historic sites to explore, picturesque villages, alluring beaches and excursions into nature. The British newspaper also makes special mention of the new direct connections from the UK via Jet2 that will start from 2026.

It is noted that after a scheduled contact at ITB in Berlin, the international travel outlet Orbitapopular.com singled out the destinations presence at the worlds largest tourism exhibition among other regions of Europe, emphasizing that «along the entire coast of Samos you can find unique beaches with pebbles or sand and with crystal-clear sea. The island of Samos stands out for the fact that it is the birthplace of important figures such as the ancient philosopher and mathematician Pythagoras, who is considered the founder of modern mathematical thought and of the theory of music. Samos is a secret worth discovering».
