Chateau Cascara is an authentic Pelion mansion dating from 1892, renovated by internationally recognized architects with contemporary techniques and luxurious materials. It has been awarded twice: for its unique traditional architectural features and as the best traditional villa in Greece. With an area of 250 sq m it can accommodate up to 11 people, spans three floors and offers five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Interiors blend stone, marble, and wood, while the panoramic Aegean views take center stage.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. The marble staircase leads to the first floor, which includes the main entrance, the living room, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms overlook the lovely garden with hydrangeas and fruit trees, while the third faces the Aegean Sea, Agios Ioannis beach, and the small neighboring villages.
On the third floor the main lounge has panoramic views of the sea and beautiful Pelion and features a fireplace, TV, and a stereo system. The room includes an additional bed that can accommodate two people, while on the same floor there is a bedroom with a wooden ceiling, a private bathroom with shower, and garden views.
Villa Cascara Spa is a stone-built, two-story villa of 170 sq m that accommodates up to seven people and offers a unique wellness experience. Modern architecture blends harmoniously with Pelion tradition, while large windows and glass surfaces bring nature indoors. The villa is accessible from both levels.
The glass staircase leads to the first floor with its characteristic tall windows that offer stunning views of the forest and the river, with the transparent floor seeming to float. The main lounge includes a king-size bed, a desk, and a home cinema, while the private balcony of the primary bedroom offers relaxing forest views. The ground floor includes the living room with the leather sofa bed, the dining area, and the fully equipped handmade kitchen. About 10 minutes by car lies Tsagarada, with its cafés, tavernas, and the impressive 1,000-year-old plane tree. The famous beaches of Agios Ioannis, Papa Nero, and Plaka are about 15 minutes away. Renowned Damouchari is 20 minutes away, Mylopotamos 30 minutes, and Agioi Saranta about 40 minutes away. At 8 km you can visit Milies with its famous little train and the Folklore Museum, while the Pelion Ski Center is just 5.5 km away. The area is also ideal for hiking along the mountains beautiful trails that lead down to the sea.
