Kalimera Villa can accommodate up to eight people and welcomes guests with a spacious living room that exudes a sense of warmth. The fireplace, the comfortable sofa that converts into a single or double bed, the armchairs and the large dining table create an environment ideal for relaxation. Your stay becomes even more comfortable with the television and air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for everyday cooking. From ceramic hobs to an oven and a microwave, it provides all the essentials for an extended stay. In addition, you will find a filter coffee maker, a small gas burner for Greek coffee, a sandwich toaster, a toaster, a kettle, a large fridge with freezer and an additional standalone freezer. There are also cookware, plates, glasses, baking trays, tablecloths and kitchen towels so that nothing is missing from the everyday table.
On the ground floor, the bathroom is functional and fully equipped, with a washing machine, water heater, hairdryer, fan heater and a comfortable shower. Towels, shampoo, shower gel and all necessary toiletries are also provided. The bedroom on the ground floor features a wooden bunk bed, wardrobe and fan and is ideal for children and adults alike.
On the first floor of the residence there is a bedroom with a double bed, ideal for couples, as well as another bedroom with two single beds that can be joined. The rooms have air conditioning, portable radiators, television and wardrobe, while the first also has a built in safe. The house offers Wi-Fi, there are insect screens on all windows, and a travel cot, high chair, books, board games and beach umbrellas are provided.
The courtyard of the house is truly impressive, giving the feeling of being in nature with wonderful sea views. The outdoor area with a dining table for six and a fully equipped barbecue is ideal for carefree moments with family and friends. The balcony on the first floor features a wooden table, a chaise longue and a veranda swing so you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sun sink into the sea. The house has a private parking space.
