Set in a spectacular location in the village of Tsagarada, on a lush hillside overlooking the Aegean, Villa Melissa can offer you the perfect holiday experience in Pelion.
Villa Melissa lies within an 8-stremma estate, in the "Nymphes" residential complex, and is a 300 sq.m. residence available for short or extended stays. It can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.
The villa is about 80 m from the main complex and the road. A private road brings you by car right to the residences entrance. The first level, where the villas entrance is located, features a spacious kitchen with all the equipment of a modern home (including, among other things, a microwave and a dishwasher), a large dining area and a corner living room with a fireplace and a 45" TV. There is also a convenient WC. The balcony with an 8-person dining table offers wonderful views of the Aegean.
On the lower level are the three bedrooms. Two bedrooms each with a large double bed and a shared bathroom between them, and a larger bedroom with a large double and a single bed and a bathroom inside the room. If you are more than 6 or 7 people, there is also the third lower level of the villa, a beautifully designed space with two more bedrooms with two double beds and one single and a bathroom inside the room.
The villa boasts a vast and beautifully landscaped outdoor area, with seating areas and BBQ, ideal for endless hours of relaxation with views of the Aegean blue.
The villa is wonderful for winter escapes too. Its large fireplace and underfloor heating provide the warmth and serenity you need in winter.
Tsagarada is one of the most beautiful and greenest villages of Pelion. Built on the northeastern slopes of the mountain at an elevation of 500 m, it enjoys superb views towards the Aegean, with a sea horizon at such a distance that the visitor is never quite sure where the sea ends and the sky begins.
The village is divided into four districts (Agioi Taxiarches, Agia Paraskevi, Agios Stefanos and Agia Kyriaki), has beautiful squares and churches, and offers all the amenities you could wish for on your holiday. The shores of Tsagarada, Mylopotamos, Fakistra, as well as the nearby ones, Ai-Giannis, Plaka, Papa Nero and Damouchari, will offer you unforgettable pleasures.
