From early in the morning you will enjoy traditional Greek coffee, ideally accompanied by homemade spoon sweets, cherry, quince, or orange, made by Mrs. Georgia with fresh, pure ingredients. From midday onwards, the coffeehouse transforms into an authentic gastronomic destination, with homestyle flavors that are also creative.
The excellent local tsipouro is accompanied by delicious meze that pleasantly surprise, such as sunny-side-up eggs with potatoes, handmade sausages, and homemade pickles of mushrooms and vegetables. The kitchens philosophy is based on Arachovas local products, pure dairy, select meats, extra virgin olive oil, and seasonal ingredients.
Among the standout dishes are the fluffy fried meatballs -grandmothers recipe-, braised mutton in tomato sauce with skioufichta and grated Arachova mizythra, chicken tigania, the pork knuckle that melts in the mouth and formaela, the signature local cheese.
