The luxurious residence was fully renovated in 2022 and can accommodate up to seven people. One of the greatest advantages of Apollonia Summer Villa is its unobstructed view. From the main terrace, the gaze travels across the deep blue of the Aegean and the neighboring islands visible on the horizon.
The scene is completed by the striking view of the authentic Cycladic landscape: whitewashed houses, cobbled alleys, churches with blue domes, verdant slopes and scattered monasteries create an image that captures authentic Sifnos. Holding a special place in the landscape is the ancient Acropolis of Agios Andreas, which, illuminated at night, offers a truly impressive spectacle.
The villa is built on two levels and its décor is minimal with earthy hues, offering a relaxing atmosphere for travelers. On the ground floor is the bright living room with a modern aesthetic, a fireplace, air conditioning and a large LG Smart TV 65”, ideal for moments of relaxation with favorite series and satellite or cable channels.
The built-in daybed can accommodate a child, while access to the terrace harmoniously links the interior with the exterior. On the same level are the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area, as well as a comfortable bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom.
The second level hosts two more double bedrooms - both with private bathrooms, smart TVs, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The beds can be configured either as two singles or as king size, offering flexibility according to the needs of the guests. The private terraces and the impressive view complete the hospitality experience.
The outdoor spaces of the villa stand out because they are designed to help you disconnect from everyday life. They unfold across four different terraces and create multiple relaxation spots with friends or family. The main terrace features a lounge area and a large outdoor dining table, ideal for breakfast with a view or dinner under the Cycladic sky.
The private pool is framed by palm trees, sun loungers and shaded seating areas, creating an atmosphere of serenity. The fully equipped pool bar features a built-in Napoleon BBQ, mini fridge, freezer and wine cooler, offering everything needed for laid-back meals and evenings by the water.
Distinctive character is added to the outdoor area by the built-in lounge with a fire pit. It is one of the most atmospheric spots of the villa, where guests can enjoy cocktails or finger food with views of the pool and the village of Apollonia. The villa also features a playground with a football goal, making it ideal for family holidays.
Apollonia Summer Villa is located in one of the most privileged spots on the island. The center of Apollonia is only four minutes on foot, allowing guests to enjoy easy access to the island’s everyday life without missing out on the tranquility and privacy offered by the residence.
Within a very short distance are restaurants, bars, cafés, a bakery, a pharmacy, banks, shops and the medical center, while the main bus stop connects the villa directly with the beaches and villages of Sifnos.
