Summer takes on a new flavor dimension through the collaboration between Nikka Whisky and CTC Urban Gastronomy, a culinary concept that blends creativity, technique, and genuine hospitality.
Throughout the summer season, CTC's courtyard hosts a specially designed Nikka Trolley Bar, which is an integral part of the restaurant's gastronomic experience. There, guests have the opportunity to enjoy a signature serve, served exclusively alongside the tasting menu's mignardises, offering an aromatic and flavorful finale that ideally complements the experience.
The signature serve was created by Dimitris Zeggelis, Nikka Brand Ambassador, in collaboration with CTC Urban Gastronomy's sommelier, with the aim of showcasing the refined, fruity character of Nikka Days Whisky. By combining Nikka Days with notes of tsoureki, banana oleo saccharum, and pennyroyal, the creation balances Japanese finesse and Greek flavor references, offering a modern and unexpected interpretation of food pairing.
The result is a signature serve with aromatic depth, delicate sweetness, and a refreshing herbal finish, designed to harmoniously accompany the menu's final bites and complete CTC's culinary narrative.
