Inspired by countless journeys, by the connection between different cultures and people and with passion for cocktails as the key ingredient, 7 Sins Cocktail House was born.
The art of bartending unfolds in the cobbled lanes of Corfu, by the team of 7 Sins Cocktail House, who have been crafting experiences through cocktails since 2016. The cocktail bar is the brainchild of Spyridon Vradis, a lover of seasonality and local ingredients, fine spirits, and products crafted with passion. His journey into the magical world of flavors, textures, and aromas began at a young age and thisis attributed to both his mother and his grandmothers. He enjoys tooffer unique experiences to his guests and to showcase Greek culture through his creations. He loves to tell stories, blending the finest ingredients of Corfu into a glass.
The 7 Sins Cocktail House experience
7 Sins Cocktail House tells a story drawn from the childhood experiences, memories, and imagination of the owner in Corfu, the island of music, art, and hospitality. It is a space designed to offer an unforgettable experience that combines Greek hospitality, exceptional cocktails, and unique service.
In one of the most vibrant neighborhoods of Corfu Town, the Jewish Quarter, in a beautiful traditional building, the cocktail bar blends with the local architecture. The large wooden bar and the uniquely designed shelves lined with bottles recall bars of earlier eras that we have all loved. Within this unique atmosphere, all the cocktails want to tell a story and take us on a journey through the tastes and aromas of Corfu. With local ingredients such as honey, fruit, and spirits, the creations carry the flavor of summer.
The ongoing engagement of the team and the study of the herbs available on the island, the use of raw materials that Greece offers, as well as collaborations with local suppliers, created the foundations of the bar. The vision of 7 Sins is the preservation of local heritage, creating cocktails based mainly on Corfiot products, while their goal is to leave a significant legacy in the world of drink and in the gastronomic scene.
