The area where the property is located took its name from Themis, the ancient goddess of justice, as it is said there was a temple dedicated to her on the hill opposite. Her daughters, the Horae - Thallo, Auxo and Carpo - symbolize the seasons of nature: spring, summer and autumn. Accordingly, the three houses of the complex were named after them, inspired by the areas mythical history.
Set within a lush 7,000 sq.m. olive grove, the residences offer all the comforts of a home, designed with respect for the environment and with full accessibility for all in mind. The houses have been designed with particular sensitivity to people and the environment, using the most sustainable materials and practices possible, while the outdoor area is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.
All residences are completely independent of one another and share a cohesive architectural aesthetic and minimalist design. They feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen-living area. Private outdoor spaces and plunge pools offer refreshing coolness in summer, while wood-burning stoves provide warmth in winter.
Inside, the design is simple and serene. The open-plan living room and kitchen create a warm atmosphere, while the built-in sofas also function as extra beds. The two bedrooms feature luxurious mattresses that offer comfort and restful sleep and the master bedroom also has a private bathroom. Each room has a terrace with a pergola made of wood and bamboo, providing shade and an ideal spot for dining and relaxation.
