Built in 2012 with respect for Cycladic architecture and the island’s tradition, it spans 260 sq.m. on a plot that ends at the sea.

MV Kythnos Seaside Villa consists of two buildings. The main building features two living rooms, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and one WC, an equipped kitchen, an office, and a laundry area with a washing machine and ironing board. In addition, you can enjoy moments with family or friends in the indoor dining area or the outdoor one located on the terrace by the pool.
The home’s kitchen is made entirely of polished cement and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils. All floors are finished in white polished cement, while in the bathrooms the walls are also of the same material in different shades, giving each one a distinct personality.
All bedrooms feature spacious double beds, large wardrobes, a TV, air conditioning, a safe, and heating. The living room has a Smart TV and a DVD player with a movie collection. The office includes a printer and a bookcase with a small selection of books.
The second building is an independent guesthouse with a large built-in double bed and a built-in single sofa-bed for additional guests. It has a bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a safe, and a private terrace where you can unwind after a day exploring the island at the dining area and on the sun loungers. All areas, indoors and outdoors, offer free Wi-Fi.
What sets the house apart is the impressive 300 sq.m. terrace with views of the blue Aegean Sea and the pool. It is fully equipped with sofas, sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, and an impressive bar area with a sofa, table, counter, and plenty of cabinets.
The bar has a sink, refrigerator, outdoor fans, and a large BBQ. By the pool there is also an outdoor shower, umbrellas, and sun loungers. Wooden pergolas at the bar and on all terraces in front of the house ensure shade and a comfortable stay. The house offers free covered parking spaces within the property, and has direct access to the beach via steps.
The villa’s location provides tranquility and rest on one of the most beautiful islands of the Cyclades. Kythnos is among the islands with the most beaches, many of which are accessible by car. Using the villa as your base, you can visit as many as you can. Beyond the many swimming options, visitors can explore the island’s history, as Kythnos has been inhabited since the 13th century BC and has a long historical journey. The island has two ports, Merichas and Loutra, known for their therapeutic thermal waters. In addition, there are many nightlife options in Chora, Merichas, Dryopida, and Loutra.
