The Emirate will host this year’s Final Four of the EuroLeague, from 23 to 25 May, marking the first time the sporting event will be held outside Europe.

Visit the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

The ultimate symbol of Abu Dhabi and one of the largest mosques in the world, the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is an architectural marvel. It can accommodate up to 40,000 worshippers, while millions of visitors pass through its doors every year. A team of architects and engineers from around the world worked on its construction for about 11 years, creating a monument that blends Mughal, Ottoman and Persian architectural influences. With its impressive white marble façade and huge Swarovski chandeliers, the mosque is an experience that combines spirituality with architectural perfection. If you visit, keep in mind that both men and women who are not dressed in loose clothing that covers their arms and legs must wear a robe over their clothes, while women in particular must also cover their heads.

A museum that captivates lovers of art and culture, Louvre Abu Dhabi is the result of a collaboration between France and the United Arab Emirates since 2017. The building itself, designed by Jean Nouvel, is a work of art.
