The company Henley & Partners presented the annual list of the most powerful passports in the world. See where the Greek passport ranks this year.

Singapore holds the worlds most powerful passport for 2025, according to the Henley Passport Index, which ranks passports based on the number of destinations their holders can access without a visa. Specifically, holders of the Singapore passport enjoy visa-free access to 195 destinations worldwide.

Japan ranks second, offering its citizens visa-free access to 193 destinations. In third place are Finland, France, Germany, Italy, South Korea and Spain. Citizens of these countries enjoy visa-free access to 192 destinations around the world.

It is worth noting that the Greek passport is among the top ten. Specifically, Greece is in sixth place alongside Australia. Holders of a Greek passport can travel without a visa to 189 destinations.

Afghanistan is in the last place on the list, as its passport provides visa-free access to only 26 countries worldwide.
