With great success, the press event of the European program REA'S GARDEN took place on Wednesday, 22 July 2026, at Olympias The Rooftop Bar in Athens, attended by journalists, representatives of the food and beverage sector, and partners of the program.
The event opened with a welcome address by Mr. Gennatas, who greeted attendees and highlighted the significance of the program's launch in Greece. Then Mr. Dimakis, a representative of REA COOP (Union of Agricultural Cooperatives of Argolida), presented the cooperative's activities and its role as the program's beneficiary.
This was followed by the presentation by Ms. Sissy Nika, who outlined the goals of the European program REA'S GARDEN and the actions being implemented in Greece and Romania to promote European citrus juices. The event concluded with a talk by nutritionist Mr. Evangelos Zoumpaneas, who discussed the place of fruit juices within a balanced diet.

REA'S GARDEN is a European information and promotion program with the Union of Agricultural Cooperatives of Argolida (REA COOP) as the beneficiary, co-funded by the European Union. Its aim is to inform consumers about the quality, safety, and high production standards of European citrus juices through a comprehensive program of activities in Greece and Romania.
