From July 5 to 12, MONIN and Sky Spirits present the Sip & Blossom Cocktail Week, a one-of-a-kind summer experience dedicated to floral, fruity and low-ABV cocktails that dominate global aperitivo trends!
For one week, 19 selected bars across Greece will host exclusive cocktail menus inspired by the aromas and flavors of flowers, fruits, and botanicals, offering guests refreshing, aromatic options ideal for all summer outings.
The activation's cocktails are crafted with the new and popular flavors from MONIN, such as Immortelle Flower (also known as Helichrysum), Cherry Blossom, Matcha, Elderflower, Passion Fruit, Orange Spritz, and Pure Peach Apricot, showcasing a new generation of light, delightful serves that combine flavor, aroma, and balanced drinking. The activation's recipes have been curated by Anastasis Karafoulidis, in collaboration with MONIN Beverage Expert Konstantinos Iatridis, creating a collection of contemporary cocktails that embody the Sip & Blossom philosophy.
Sip & Blossom isn't just a cocktail menu. It's a complete experience that connects bartenders, bars, and consumers around the modern culture of the aperitivo and low-alcohol choices. Through specially designed recipes and signature serves, visitors will have the chance to discover new taste experiences that capture summer in full bloom.
