Rodopou & Beyond welcomes the award-winning Chef Pavlos Kyriakis to Chania as Guest Chef, for an exceptional gastronomic evening on Wednesday 19 February, in collaboration with the Chef Patron of the Rodopou & Beyond restaurants, Dimitris Georgiadis.
The event takes place at the rooftop restaurant of Hilton Garden Inn Chania City, on the 8th floor, at the Rodopou & Beyond venue, where the dining and cocktail experience combines with panoramic views over the city.
A few words about the chef
Pavlos Kyriakis is one of the most recognized representatives of contemporary Greek gastronomy. He served as Executive Chef at The Zillers Athens Boutique Hotel (2019–2024), where the restaurant was awarded 1 Michelin star. He has a significant tenure at Spondi Restaurant and experience at top restaurants abroad. At the same time, he is widely known to television audiences from appearances on MasterChef Greece.
The evening in Chania
On 19 February, Chef Pavlos Kyriakis, together with Chef Patron Dimitris Georgiadis, will present a specially curated menu for the public of Chania, with an emphasis on clean flavors, technical precision, and a creative approach to Greek produce, an experience that highlights their philosophy and the character of the cuisine of Rodopou & Beyond.
