Wrapped with Love: An evening of giving and creativity by the Radisson Hotel Group for SOS Childrens Villages

With a warm, festive initiative full of meaning, the Radisson Hotel Group welcomed this years holiday season at 10 Urban Roof of Radisson Blu Park Hotel Athens, reaffirming for the second consecutive year its steadfast commitment to supporting SOS Childrens Villages.

On Monday, December 8, partners and friends of the Group, journalists and content creators gathered in a distinctive creative «workshop», taking part in the initiative «Wrapped with Love: Sharing Stories, Spreading Joy», a CSR initiative dedicated to giving and the joy of creation.

In collaboration with Dioptra Publications and SOS Childrens Villages, the participants prepared and wrapped childrens books, adding to each package not only care, but also a personalized wish, with the aim for these books to be given to the children who live and grow up in SOS Childrens Villages.

The creative process and the artistic wrapping were accompanied by the visual artist Katerina Chrysoli, who with her unique aesthetic guided the guests, turning the preparation of the gifts into a collective experience of expression and empathy. Each book became a small work of art, a symbol of acceptance, care and inclusion.

The evening concluded with a festive dinner at the impressive 10 Urban Roof, with enchanting views of the Acropolis, offering guests a complete gastronomic experience, full of flavors that blend tradition with contemporary techniques.

This initiative strengthens the work of SOS Childrens Villages, offering children the chance for a tomorrow filled with care and love. As Mr. Nikos Nikolaidis, General Manager of Radisson Blu Park, emphasized: «Christmas is by definition the celebration of love and giving and we at the Radisson Group are delighted to contribute in this way».

On the first day of the new year, the gastronomic experience continues with an elegant menu that includes mushroom veloute, artichoke ravioli, beef fillet with white asparagus and a refreshing, festive pavlova with wild strawberries, an ideal start to the year in an environment that combines taste, aesthetics and festive sparkle.
