The flavorful «journey» bears the signature of the acclaimed Panagiotis Giakalis, who was recently named «Chef of the Year» at the FnL Awards 2025, having linked his name with The Margi for more than a decade. Equally significant is the distinction awarded to thetalented Manolis Stithosas«Chef Pâtissier of the Year» at the Golden Caps 2025, confirming the importance placed on the sweet finale of every gastronomic experience.
At the summer GiO, Italian cuisine remains at the core. The menu keeps beloved signature dishes – such as Scaloppine al limone, Gnocchi al Tartufo, and Linguine with scampi – while also welcoming additions like the Milanese «cotoletta» and sole Meunière, which celebrate Mediterranean simplicity.
Finally, the Mousse au chocolat for chocolate lovers and the Affogato, for those wishing to be initiated into the all-time classic Italian ritual, are set to become the favorite finale to every dinner. The ultra-fresh seasonal ingredients from Margi Farm form the basis of every dish, confirming the dedication to the quality of the ingredients.
