With a passion for creativity, top-tier ingredients, and thrilling collaborations, it invites you to two explosive 4 Hands Dinner nights on 17 & 18 March, where top chefs from Rhodes will meet in the kitchen with the Amorous Executive Chef, Dimitris Rizogalas.
Two big names on the Greek gastronomic scene, Panagiotis Diamantis and Manolis Platelas, will each craft a distinctive menu, showcasing contemporary techniques and rare flavor pairings, with a deep love for Greek tastes and influences from international cuisines.
To elevate the experience, each menu will be accompanied by a carefully curated wine pairing or cocktail pairing, offering guests the ideal harmony of flavors.
On March 17 Guest Chef Panagiotis Diamantis
Panagiotis Diamantis is a chef with deep technical knowledge and rich experience in legendary restaurants such as Noma (2 Michelin) and Era Ora (1 Michelin), as well as in luxury hotel kitchens like Grand Resort Lagonissi. He has proven that gastronomy can be art and that even in a tourist destination like Rhodes, quality and innovation can reign.
The evening’s menu, priced at 50€ per person, is an ode to the balance of flavors and textures:
Amuse:Amberjack ceviche, Aegina pistachio buttermilk, bitter orange, carob syrup, garum, Aegina pistachio praline.
• Step 1 - Appetizer: Bone marrow, roasted oxtail, sea urchin butter, chili, onion purée, "Kariki" Tinos, black truffle.
• Step 2 - Main: Cod sous vide, seaweed fricassee, wakame, peas, bimi broccoli, ponzu dashi, fennel foam.
• Step 3 - Dessert: Caramelized pineapple, montée ivoire, cinnamon crumble, vanilla syrup.

Having served as Executive Chef at Lindos Blu, he was awarded a Golden Hat and a Greek Cuisine Award, while his creativity shines through in the flawless execution of dishes that marry Greek culinary heritage with modern techniques.
His menu, priced at 50€ per person, is a flavor exploration that surprises:
Amuse:Koilada prawns, kohlrabi cream (kohlrabi + horseradish), cucumber (stock chutney + Sosa green color), horseradish, endive (parsley powder), tuna bottarga, coriander sprouts.
• Step 1 - Appetizer: Octopus carpaccio, mango pearls, pickled onion, crispy caper leaves, passion fruit dressing.
• Step 2 - Main: Beef Choco Striploin, artichoke praline purée (topinambour), fresh truffle, hazelnut, Greek coffee.
• Step 3 - Dessert: Lemon cremeux, mango sauce, crispy white chocolate with Aegina pistachio, mint foam.
