Niriides Homes and Villas comprises 12 beautiful homes (studios, maisonettes and villas) to suit every taste, offering all modern comforts for a delightful stay in Mykonos.
The sea-view studios can accommodate up to 2 people and consist of an open-plan space with two single or one double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.
The maisonettes are laid out over two levels and offer direct sea views. They comprise an open-plan area with one double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a wooden loft with two single beds. They can accommodate up to 4 people.
The villas measure 70 sq.m. and consist of three levels with unique views of the crystal-blue waters of the Aegean. On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a dining area for 6, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Two single beds in the wooden loft and one double bed on the third level, together with an additional bathroom, ensure comfort for guests. These homes can accommodate up to 5 people.
In the hotels outdoor area, the pool with its comfortable sun loungers will offer you unique moments of relaxation with views of the blue.
Relaxation continues at the famous Elia Beach, which is 900 m. away from Niriides Homes and Villas. Sheltered from the northern summer winds, Elia is a sandy and lively beach, with comfortable sun loungers, water sports, beach bars and restaurants.
