Giannis Markadakis, with 20 years in the restaurant world in Greece and abroad, from New York and Barcelona to Dubai, signs Lamda's new menu. Together with his team, he sources select ingredients from local producers and creates a contemporary culinary concept that stays true to Greek flavors, seasonality, and the character of the place. The result is dishes with a clear identity that strike a delicate balance between tradition and modern creative expression.
