The spontaneous celebrations are the most authentic expression of Kasoss soul and among the most stirring surprises the visitor can experience. There are also the scheduled celebrations, the weddings - to which the whole island is invited - and the festivals of Saint Marina (17 July), of Christ (6 August), of the Virgin Mary (15 August), of Saint Fanourios (27 August), of Saint Mamas (2 September), of the Virgin Mary of Elleros (8 September), of Saint Demetrios (26 October), of Saint George at Chadies (23 April or Easter Tuesday).
