From March 21, Kinsterna opens its doors once again for the new season, celebrating 15 years of hospitality, authentic experiences, and sustainable operation. With views of the castle town of Monemvasia, the historic mansion revives its medieval allure, offering moments of serenity, well-being, and authentic experiences in nature. In spring, the estates atmosphere becomes even more enchanting, with gardens filled with the aromas of blossoming citrus and the Aegean stretching serenely on the horizon.
This year, the culinary journey is enriched with the cultivation of various mushrooms, which will take center stage in new signature dishes. At the same time, the «sterna» restaurant experience is completely renewed, as it transforms into an elegant bar under the stars, «belvedere», where bespoke cocktails and aperitivo meet the unique atmosphere of the Byzantine cistern.
Nature lovers will enjoy new excursions aboard the estates boat around the castle of Monemvasia at sunrise, as well as full-day sailing escapes to Pavlopetri, the oldest underwater city in the world, and Elafonisos with the crystalline waters of Simos Beach.
Continuing its commitment to energy self-sufficiency, Kinsterna now relies exclusively on renewable sources, while this year it took another significant step by replacing all its kitchen equipment from natural gas to electric, ensuring that it will no longer use any kind of fuel.
