The most beautiful restaurant in the world, according to the Prix Versailles 2025 architecture awards, promises an experience that goes beyond the simple enjoyment of food.
In Paris there are dozens of gourmet restaurants, renowned and multi-awarded, that impress not only with their cuisine, but also with their spaces, atmosphere and aesthetics. Le Train Bleu with its 1900 Belle Epoque decor, the historic brasserie Bouillon Chartier, and the near-mythical La Tour dArgent overlooking the River Seine and Notre-Dame Cathedral, are among the best known. One new restaurant in the City of Light, however, managed to stand out and earn the title of the most beautiful in the world.
Ducasse Baccarat, which opened in September 2024, was named the "most beautiful restaurant in the world" at the Prix Versailles 2025 awards. The renowned architecture and design awards, now in their 11th year, were announced during a ceremony at UNESCO headquarters in the French capital on December 4.
